About Dawn & IDDBA

Dawn Foods is a member of the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA), as well as a sponsor and exhibitor at the 2025 IDDBA Trade Show. This year's event will be located at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.

Our involvement includes:
  • A 20’ x 30’ island exhibit booth #5625 next to our manufacturing partner, Aspire Bakeries
    • Floor plan
    • Our decorating room is #277 on the second floor of the convention center

  • A display shelf in the onsite New Product Showcase
    • This is an opportunity for exhibitors to promote new product offerings in a dedicated area at the trade show. Unveil your new products, new flavors, or new packaging and capture the attention of key decision makers looking for the latest, greatest products.
    • Our product to be featured: LTO Cupcake program

  • A hotel room block at the Westin New Orleans hotel
    • Reservations will be made for all attendees based on information entered during registration
    • Details will be communicated in mid-May

  • Dawn has two team members being awarded the Champions of Change award!
    • Kim Ennis & Melissa Trimmer
    • Awards will be presented Sunday, June 1 at 5:30 p.m. on the What's in Store Live stage

  • We will be participating in the brand new Career Connections program
    • Students will be visiting participating booths from Noon - 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3
    • Students will have a "passport" and be tasked with professionally introducing themselves to each booth, inquiring about the company's business and what it's like to work there.
    • The goal of this program is for students to gain real-world experience networking and discover the wealth of interesting opportunities in our industry. 



UNIFORMS: We will be using the same shirts as the past 2 years. If you do not already have them, order here: IDDBA Shirts by April 18 to ensure they will arrive on or before May 23.
